"It's difficult to forget me!" said he to her as he held her in his arms.
She did not dwell on it, on the contrary laughed about it.
He wasn't the one who would have her heart, not when he had specified that it's easy for him to move on.
Since, when did anybody mattered to her, she had always been a free spirited woman, the one who always did as she wished; not analysing between the rights and wrongs as per the society set norms and parameters.
And, as she had progressed in life, she had learnt how pointless it is, to dwell on matters which had zero probability of occurrence.
That was two years ago...
Then why did today a mere reference to his name still made her heart ache.
